How will I receive CMT-Uber trip offers?

Once you have been approved for the program, you will receive CMT-Uber trip offers the same way you receive e-hail and AAR trip offers today — through the taxi MDT.

How are CMT-Uber trips priced?

CMT-Uber trips will usually be priced as good or better than meter trips. You will be shown the trip price upfront along with the offer.

Will there be surge pricing?

Yes!

Do I have to accept CMT-Uber trip offers?

No, you do not have to accept the trip offers. But if you do not accept offers you will not receive as many offers in the future.

How will I be paid?

You will be paid for CMT-Uber trips the same way you are currently paid for e-hail and AAR trips.

What about tips?

Uber passengers tip their drivers after the trip is over. When an Uber passenger adds a tip to your trip CMT will notify you, and you will be paid the full tip amount.

What about tolls and congestion fees?

Tolls and congestion fees will be added to the fare like regular credit card trips.
